A two hour 'Every Day First Aid' course for anyone from the villages who would like to learn essential life-saving skills was held in April. The places cost £15pp and were limited to just 20, available on a first come, first served basis. This event may be repeated again. Please telephone Di Gill on 07717 748 803 or Liz Preece on 01256 762 059 to find out more.
Following the success of last year's Jubilee event, we are again holding a village fun day in the field next to The Gamekeepr's Pub, by kind permission of Alan Hutton and Phil Costello. It will feature music from local bands during the day including Ungentlemanly Conduct, alongside morris dancers, the inter-village tug of war, and children's games. Then in the evening we'll be joined by The Flying Toads for another special outdoor village ceilidh. Bring a gazebo and your picnic, and cross your fingers it will be sunny this year! More information will be available shortly. This event is kindly sponsored by donations from the Friends of St Mary's Church and Loddon Bon Viveurs.
Remember the Queen's Diamond Jubilee with a special momento
